NH MONROE — Monroe Selectmen approve statistical appraisal contracts and water department warrant article. The board approved an agreement with KRT for statistical appraisal services and a contract amendment with George Sansoucy for related appraisal work. Selectmen Oren Remick and Scott Powers voted unanimously to approve the January 27 meeting minutes and reached consensus to add a Water Department warrant article to the annual meeting agenda.
The board also approved accounts payable for the Water Fund, town hall usage requests, and an employee time-off request. Highway Department staff will place cold patch on Littleton Road per the New Hampshire Department of Transportation request, using rented equipment to handle frozen earth.
