Monroe Selectmen approve routine matters, receive FEMA funds

NH MONROE — Monroe Selectmen unanimously approve prior meeting minutes and address routine matters. The board approved clothing inventory ordering for the town office, including safety T-shirts for large trash drop-off events, and authorized a temporary RV placement on Plains Road subject to a Temporary Occupancy Permit. New property owners inquired about fence regulations, building permits for sheds, and a streetlight issue, with staff directed to contact the utility.
The town received an additional $130,246.18 FEMA reimbursement and an Intent to Cut notice will be sent for timber cutting on Woodsville Road.
