NH MONROE — Monroe Selectmen advance water department strategic planning. Luis Adorno of Granite State Rural Water presented considerations including contractor continuity, infrastructure condition, and financial sustainability; the Selectmen decided to add Water Operator License requirements to the Road Agent position and scheduled a work session before an October Asset Management Grant application.
