Selectmen add water operator licensing to Road Agent job

NH MONROE — Monroe Selectmen advance water department strategic planning. Luis Adorno of Granite State Rural Water presented considerations including contractor continuity, infrastructure condition, and financial sustainability; the Selectmen decided to add Water Operator License requirements to the Road Agent position and scheduled a work session before an October Asset Management Grant application. The Board also confirmed continued sponsorship of Jake's Day tuition and addressed recycling capacity issues with So Ryegate/Groton.
