NH MONROE — Monroe Select Board awards Town Hall painting contract, approves water testing transfer. The board, with Selectmen Oren Remick, Scott Powers, and Brandon Millett present, awarded the painting project to GS Bostic Painting of St. Johnsbury and approved transfer of the town's water testing to a new laboratory.
