SELECTMEN APPROVE BUDGET, EMERGENCY WATER PLAN FOR 2026

NH MONROE — Monroe Select Board approves 2026 budget, warrant articles, emergency water plan. The board approved two of three town hall facility usage requests, with a third pending verification. Selectmen discussed maintenance concerns including a debris-filled culvert on Winchester Drive to be monitored through spring, and heard from Road Agent Tom Gould on a pending new truck purchase and ongoing equipment needs.
The board also addressed the annual trash hauler bid process, which will go out in March with the contract renewal term shifting from June 30 to December 31.
