NH MONROE — Monroe Selectmen approved a building permit on setback clarification. The board, with Selectmen Brandon Millett and Scott Powers present, approved the permit after Administrative Assistant Diane Gibson Smith determined the property only needed to meet property line setbacks. The Zoning Board of Adjustment had previously returned it, stating an incorrect denial reason.
The board also approved a Town Hall usage request and discussed ice rink sealing options with Vermont Recreational, deciding to research further alternatives.
